PAYMENT AND DISCOUNTS
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash & Debit Cards. Debit cards must be bank issued, have an embedded chip & require a $3.25 convenience fee. Our budtenders will always reach out to confirm your preferred payment method.
Can I combine my discounts?
Unfortunately, we are unable to combine discounts for any purchase due to our amazing deals

How do I place an order for delivery?

How will I know my delivery order is on the way?
You will receive an automated eta text once your driver has hit the road. You will be able to see where your order is in their queue as well as an estimated time of arrival
Do you do delivery to my area?
You can check out our webpage at https://medleafdelivery.com/menu/ and click on the address tab located next to the express/scheduled tab. This will allow you to enter in your desired delivery address and our system will notify you if you are within our delivery area.
Is there a minimum I need to spend to have my product delivered?
Free delivery is available for orders with a $50 minimum, though this may vary by region. Orders with no minimum requirement will have a $4.99 delivery fee. Please call or chat with us to confirm the minimum order for your area!
How much is delivery to my area?
Delivery is always free w/ minimum order. We also offer a $4.99 delivery fee option for orders that do not exceed order minimums.
Do I have to be present when the delivery driver shows up?
California law states we are required to deliver to the customer/patient ONLY. This means the person placing the order must be present with their ID to accept the delivery. No exceptions.
Do you only deliver to residential addresses?
We can deliver to any physical address that is not a publicly owned building or on publicly owned land (beaches, parks, etc). We are unable to deliver to schools, government buildings & reservations
Do you accommodate special requests (e.g. meet me outside)?
Absolutely! Please let one of our friendly dispatchers know when placing your order. Please keep in mind that our delivery drivers are unable to enter a patient’s home or leave a delivery with anyone other than the patient who placed the order.
MEDICAL RECOMMENDATION AND POLICIES
How can I apply for my medical recommendation online?

Do I need a REC (Doctor's Recommendation)?
If you are 21+ with proof of ID, you do not need a medical recommendation. Patients that are 18+ but under 21 will require a medical recommendation per CA state law
What is your refund/exchange policy?
Customers have 3 days to exchange any damaged or defective cannabis products or cannabis related accessories. Refunds are not permitted. To be eligible for an exchange, any damaged or defective cannabis products or cannabis-related accessories must be accompanied by the original receipt. All exchanges shall be at the discretion of Medleaf. A manager will request images / videos from the customer highlighting the damage and troubleshooting techniques will be reviewed. If a true manufacturing flaw has been determined, store credit will be approved for the amount the customer paid for the product. Any exchange attempt made after 3 days from original purchase, the customer will be put in contact with the brand representative for further assistance.
All non-damaged cannabis product or cannabis-related accessories sales are final.
Incorrect items MUST be in original packaging with the product safety seal still intact. Those also must be noted within 3 days of the original purchase date.

IDENTIFICATION AND LEGALITIES
Do you accept out of State IDs?
Absolutely, as long as the ID is up to date. No expired IDs permitted
Are your cars marked?
For discretion purposes, our vehicles are unmarked.
Can you ship to my state/house?
Since cannabis has not been legalized at the federal level, we are unable to ship products.
PURCHASE LIMITS AND TAXES
Is there a limit as to how much I can purchase?
Per BCC regulations adult use patients (21+) are limited to 28.5g of non-concentrated cannabis + 8g of cannabis concentrate. Medical patients 18+ are limited to 8 ounces of cannabis or 228g.
Do you charge tax?
8.25% state tax will be added to your order total, as well as a 5% city tax. Both are required by law.

Do you have a storefront?
